Every day, thousands of children in Nairobi’s informal settlements face the harsh reality of malnutrition—stunted growth, weakness, and missed opportunities. Your support can change this. By funding vital nutrition programs, promoting healthy feeding, and supporting mothers, we can give these children the healthy start they deserve.
Through partnerships with community-based gender defenders, we actively engage in outreach initiatives to raise awareness about gender-based violence (GBV) and its detrimental effects. We do this through educational campaigns, community dialogues, and support services to empower survivors and promote prevention strategies.
Climate change is not just an environmental issue; it’s a pressing public health crisis that affects every aspect of our lives. In collaboration with the county government, we have established fruit tree orchards within school grounds, fostering sustainable nutrition, hands-on environmental education, and promoting sustainable ecosystems as a climate action strategy.
We believe in the power of grassroots solutions hence we train and support community health promoters. These dedicated individuals are the vital link between communities and essential health services. By equipping them with the knowledge and skills to address local health challenges, we are building a network of change agents who can create lasting positive impact at the grassroots level.
